Hi lovely human, welcome to my little corner of the internet. I’m so glad you’re here.
This space was born from my own journey. The beauty and chaos of early parenthood, the ache of returning to work before I was ready, and the deep knowing that families deserve more than checklists and policies.
My mission is to hold space for parents during life’s biggest transitions, from birth and early days, through sleep-deprived nights, to those complex return-to-work moments.
As a doula, sleep consultant, and parent support practitioner, I offer care that is deeply personal, holistic, and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based practice.
I believe in creating spaces where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered to make the choices that are right for them.
Whether I’m supporting you through your baby’s first weeks, guiding your sleep journey, or advocating for better workplace care. I’ll be on your side, every step of the way.
Because this work is personal.
Because you’re not meant to do it all alone.
Because the way we care for parents, especially at the edges, matters.

"HARD TRUTHS"
Bridging honesty with hope.
✗ Appointments are often rushed, and emotional needs are overlooked in favor of clinical efficiency.
✗ Consent isn't always truly informed when common interventions are presented as standard without full discussion of risks, options, or alternatives.
✗ Dismissal of Pain and Intuition when a mother’s instincts or expressed concerns (e.g. pain, fetal movement, postpartum symptoms) are too often downplayed—leading to traumatic outcomes or delayed care.
✗ Birth is often treated like a procedure, not a rite of passage. There's little room for nuance, emotion, or cultural practices.
✗ Support ends too soon and there is poor continuity of care postpartum. Emotional health, breastfeeding struggles, healing, and sleep are barely addressed unless there’s a crisis.
✗ Mental health screenings are minimal and resources scarce.
IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!
