Antenatal Package: What's Included? Expecting a baby is an exciting and special time, but it can also be overwhelming. My antenatal package offers comprehensive support to help you prepare for the arrival of your little one. Here's what you can expect: 2-3 two hour antenatal planning sessions, either in-person or online, tailored to your needs A shopping list without the fluff (there can be a lot) A fun trip to your local baby show Monthly meet-ups over coffee or walks to discuss anything that may be on your mind How to manage expectations of sleep A dedicated WhatsApp group throughout your pregnancy for quick and easy communication 1 two hour postnatal visit and infant feeding support Zoom, email, and phone support until you are comfortable and confident in your new role as a parent.
Postnatal Doula
Eeeek! Baby is almost here! Wondering what's next and how to navigate the fourth trimester? That's where I come in. My package comprises of: A 2 hour antenatal (if possible) zoom call to discuss the fourth trimester and your expectations A dedicated WhatsApp group created 10 days before the baby's due date Three 3 hour postnatal visits Assistance with infant feeding, regardless of the method Guidance on managing sleep expectations Errand running Emotional and physical support Access to research and support *Additional add-on packages available to support sleep
Birth Doula
This will include everything you find under Antenatal and Postnatal Doula as well as my emotional and physical support through your labour and birth. I am only taking on 4-6 birth clients a year currently so please get in touch to chat through what your preferences are.
C-section Doula
Support for Planned Caesarean Births If you are scheduled for a planned caesarean, I am here to offer a full day of support in the hospital. I will be there to assist you as you prepare, accompany you in the operating room during the birth and stay by your side after the delivery in the ward. Additionally, I offer one antenatal zoom session to discuss your birth preferences and hopes for the caesarean, along with a postnatal visit to help with infant feeding, regardless of the method you choose. My support doesn't end there, I'm available to assist you via phone whenever you may need it.
Virtual Doula
Virtual Package Inclusions: In today's fast-paced world, it's often difficult to manage in-person meetings.
